Wichita Presbyterian Manor to host dementia workshop

When your loved one has dementia, there are so many unknowns. When is it time to stop driving? Can your loved one still make financial or estate decisions? How should you handle doctor’s appointments?

“Dementia Conversations” is a free informational seminar that will help you answer these questions and more. Join us Tuesday, April 2 at 11 a.m., at Wichita Presbyterian Manor, 4700 W. 13th St. A lunch will be served following the presentation.

You will gain valuable insight with practical solutions for making the best decisions for your loved one’s health, safety and future from Denise Van, program specialist for the Alzheimer’s Association of Central and Western Kansas. Learn to have honest and caring conversations about common concerns when someone you love begins to show signs of dementia.

RSVP to Cherree Hudspeth, sales and admissions counselor, at 316-942-7456 or chudspeth@pmma.org.
