Life at Wichita Presbyterian Manor affords residents numerous opportunities to worship and practice their faith. Chaplain Greg Schmidt is the campus chaplain.
Services are offered weekly in our non-denominational chapel on Sunday mornings and Wednesday afternoons. The worship folder reads, "We gather for worship each Sunday morning because in our gathering, we open our lives to experience God's presence, peace, comfort and direction. The word of the Lord and the fellowship of his saints provides both blessing and promise to those who follow after Jesus Christ."
Holy communion is offered monthly, and residents also may request to receive communion in their rooms. Special services and activities are offered throughout the year, including a Christmas Carol sing, Lenten Bible study, Veteran's Day services, weekly Rosary prayer service, Advent services and studies and more.
