Our Leadership Team

The day-to-day operation of Wichita Presbyterian Manor is led by a leadership team of dedicated professionals who bring a wealth of experience and specialized expertise to their positions. As employees of Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America, our promise to you is to live our mission by:

Brad Radatz, Interim Executive Director

Brad became executive director for Salina Presbyterian Manor in July 2014. He also serves as a regional operations director for Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America. He is serving as interim executive director during the search for a new executive director at Wichita.  He came to Presbyterian Manor from the position of Lead Administrator with Frontline Management, which involves responsibility for the day to day operations of Garden Valley Retirement Village in Garden City. Prior to Frontline Management, Brad was associated with Holiday Resort in Salina. Brad graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences, Secondary Major in Gerontology with an Emphasis in Long Term Care Administration.


Melody Dodge, Marketing & Sales Director

Melody joined Presbyterian Manor in October 2016 as marketing and sales director. She came to Presbyterian Manor after more than five years in community development with a local hospice organization. A native Wichitan, Melody has worked in marketing, sales and management with KPTS Channel 8, Cox Media and The Wichita Eagle. She has a bachelor of arts degree from Wichita State University and is a proud Shocker. Melody is involved in a number of networking groups and committees in the health care and senior care industries.


Caren Remmers, Sales and Admissions Coordinator

Caren most recently was the move-in and personalization coordinator for The Westerly Residences at Wichita Presbyterian Manor. In her role as move-in coordinator, Caren assisted sales and marketing team members and residents with available residence selections to ensure a successful move-in experience. Before joining The Westerly team, she worked as an operations and controls specialist for Prudential Insurance Company of America, and her expertise lies in agency administration and office management.


Lori Schartz, Human Resources Director

Lori joined Wichita Presbyterian Manor in May 2014. She has a bachelor of science degree in business administration and human resources and a national certification in human resources (PHR). She has more than 15 years of experience in human resources in the social services field.


Teresa Scoles, Health Services Director

Teresa came to Wichita Presbyterian Manor in February 2015 and was named health services director in September 2015. Before joining the Wichita campus, Teresa was health services director at Sterling Presbyterian Manor for 10 years and worked at the Sterling campus for more than 18 years. She has an associate’s degree in nursing from Dodge City Community College. She is donor coordinator for Kairos Outside and volunteered with Reins of Hope and has been a member of the American Contract Bridge League (Duplicate Bridge) since 2008.


Jennie Johnson, Assisted Living and Memory Care Director

Jennie joined Wichita Presbyterian Manor in August 2015, but she is no stranger to Presbyterian Manor. She was previously the assisted living director at Newton Presbyterian Manor, where she started as a certified nursing assistant in 2000. She subsequently worked as a certified medication aide, transportation aide, medical records and staff coordinator before assuming her current position as assisted living director. Jennie proudly asserts that she earned her licensed practical nurse degree and registered nurse degree with help from Presbyterian Manors’ Employee Scholarship Fund. She did her licensed practical nurse training at Hutchinson Community College and earned her associate’s degree in nursing at Hesston College. She is a member of Hillcrest Community Church.


Amy Watson, Life Enrichment Director

Amy joined Wichita Presbyterian Manor in 2001, and became the life enrichment coordinator in July 2015. Her education includes an associate degree of arts and social sciences from Labette Community College. Previous positions include certified nurse assistant, social service designee, activities director, senior living counselor of Wichita Presbyterian Manor; dietary aide, cook and certified nursing assistant at Parsons Presbyterian Manor. Amy holds certifications as a certified nurse assistant and social services designee. She is a member of West Wichita Woman’s Networking Group, Aging & Wellness Coalition of Central Plains Agency on Aging, 20th Century Club of Wichita Metro Chamber of Commerce and Senior Connect.


Angela Johnston, Environmental Services Director

Angela joined Wichita Presbyterian Manor in April 2007. Previous positions include director of housekeeping for Galicia Heart Hospital and Galicia Medical Group for Alternative Sources, and a similar post at the Kansas Spine Hospital in Wichita.


Meggin Nicolas, Life Enrichment Events Coordinator

Meggin joined Presbyterian Manor in December 2015 as a server in The Landing and was named life enrichment events coordinator in February 2016. For the past several years, Meggin has been a full-time student and mom and recently moved to Wichita. She has worked for U.S. Bank and Brotherhood Bank & Trust. She has an associate’s degree in health sciences from Kansas City Community College. She was an active volunteer as a student at KCCC and her church community. She is a lifetime member of the Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society.


Angela Page, Life Enrichment Coordinator – the Westwinds

Angela joined Wichita Presbyterian Manor in August 2003. She completed her certified nurses training at Wichita Technical College. Before assuming her current position, Angela served as a certified nurses assistant in health care at Wichita Presbyterian Manor.


Greg Spring, Chaplain

Greg joined Presbyterian Manor as chaplain in January 2017. Prior to joining the Presbyterian Manor team, Greg worked as a UPS driver, hospice chaplain for four years and worked as a pastor and youth pastor for more than 30 years. He has a bachelor’s of science degree in music and Bible from Arlington Baptist College and a master’s degree in chaplain ministry from Liberty University.


Darcy Weninger, Dining Services Director

Darcy joined Presbyterian Manor in February 2017. She has worked as a dining services director in the senior living industry for the past 13 years. She completed the dining services program at Wichita Area Technical College and is a certified dietary manager and a certified food protection professional. She has served on the board for the Wichita District of the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals, where she served as president-elect, president and treasurer. She is an advisory committee member for the Barton Community College dietary manager course. Darcy also is a member of Sacred Heart Church in Colwich, where she is a member of the Altar Society.
